Cascade Asset Management was established in 1999 by the husband and wife team of Neil and Jessica Peters-Michaud. Prior to starting Cascade, Neil led the University of Wisconsin / State of Wisconsin surplus disposal program and was challenged with finding homes for hundreds of thousands of unwanted assets generated by these institutions.
