FIND THE CASCADE SERVICE THAT FITS YOUR NEEDS:
WHO WE SERVE
WE HAVE THE EXPERIENCES AND RESOURCES TO SUPPORT BUSINESS AND INSTITUTIONS IN HIGHLY-REGULATED INDUSTRIES THAT DEMAND SECURE DATA DESTRUCTION.
“Cascade was wonderful. From educating us on their process to ensure they had the proper services to meet our needs, to being flexible on scheduling, we really enjoyed our experience. They were quick on the asset disposition of our data and getting us their certificate of destruction.
I would never use any other ITAD Vendor except Cascade. I often have several companies reach out to me for providing this same service, but I know and trust Cascade so I don’t plan on changing vendors as long as I am the IT Asset Manager at CDW.
After years of experience utilizing Cascade in a former life, we established a new relationship with our business. The account team has been valuable in understanding options and delivering quickly. Including, sharing their continual efforts to improve Green-ethical recycling and be cost effective. Cascade’s services have vastly simplified the e-cycling process and helped remove manual resource time from the equation. We have high confidence in their practice and are looking forward to an ongoing relationship with Cascade, maturing our processes and value in the services they offer.
WHAT WE OFFER
CASCADE PROVIDES SAFE & SOUND CERTIFIED IT ASSET DISPOSITION SOLUTIONS TO BUSINESSES AND INSTITUTIONS.
A full-service team of Cascade employees comes to you for deinstallation, inventory tracking, physical or electronic destruction and packaging.
Our fleet of drivers and vehicles manage the secure packaging and transportation of assets from your property to our processing facility.
Assets are inventoried upon arrival at Cascade, and reports are reconciled to ensure our secure chain of custody.
Devices are tested for configuration, functional and cosmetic conditions to determine asset disposition options. Data destruction techniques are applied, and locked devices are quarantined to be unlocked for resale.
Devices that are locked using security or deployment tools are reported to the client for de-registration. This enables units to be reused.
Devices are processed in one of five ways:
Remarket reusable equipment through Cascade Marketplace, eBay store or wholesale channels
Disassembly, shredding and separation processes convert devices into recyclable resources while containing hazardous materials
Quality working and refurbished devices can be donated to local non-profit organizations and charities
Refurbished devices wiped clean of data can be reissued back to you for continued use; devices may be reimaged with new operating system
Return and Tolling
Custom services that assist with the return of devices to another party, such as a lessor or repair organization.
Milestone reports keep you informed of processing activity each step of the way, including:
- Preliminary on-site Inventory Report
- Inventory Receipt Report
- Certificate of Destruction and Asset Disposition Report
- Resale Rebate Reports
