Following the addition of its recent Florida expansion, Cascade is building out its management ranks for further growth. Kelly Kleven began on August 8th and will oversee Finance, IT, HR and Compliance functions reporting directly to CEO Neil Peters-Michaud. She brings over 20 years of experience in accounting and administration-based roles with both private and public companies, most recently with the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County.
“I’m thrilled with her addition to our executive team. Kelly’s impact has been felt immediately, both in terms of her functional experience and leadership. We’re looking forward to further acceleration of Cascade’s mission and vision in 2023.” said Peters-Michaud.
Kleven will be joining Cascade at a time of expansion. In July of 2021, the technology retirement vendor opened a new processing center in Orlando, FL. Cascade was also recognized by the CIO Review as the “Most Promising IT Asset Disposition Services Company”.
“Cascade’s values and principles are what initially drove my interest at Cascade. But, it’s culture and people are what really impressed me these first few weeks.”
