Going to start with my initial request for service and scheduling. Our customer service account manager, Jennifer Courtney is top notch. Answers all my questions, lets me know exactly what materials Cascade can handle and more importantly what materials you cannot accept. But then offers up some helpful options (in this case universal waste lamps, and large quantities of batteries). Follows up to my request with job confirmation information, which is good as gold. Jen is a keeper!!

Now onto the actual site work. Chuck B. and Josh K. showed up right on time, ready to work, and eager to help. They were professional, answered all questions, and impressed me but more importantly impressed my customer. They were fast and more than helpful when some “weird” items were discovered (detection monitors and thermostatic device). Instead of the easy button “no we can’t take these items” they were able to communicate within your organization, verify what these items were, and remove.

Finally, most of the batteries offered for recycling were taped, but some were not. Would have been easy for your crew to just take them as is, but they meticulously inspected each, taped terminals when needed, sorted into the correct type, and collect for recycling. This illustrates the training you have in place for your employees…
