Sage expands leadership to scale its circular electronics platform

Sage Sustainable Electronics, a leading national provider of IT asset lifecycle services, announced a series of executive leadership appointments as part of its next phase of growth and platform expansion. Following years of strong double‑digit growth, the company is advancing its strategy focused on scaling secure, sustainable reuse, repair, and recycling solutions for enterprise electronics.

As part of the transition, Sage co‑founder Robert Houghton has been appointed Chairman of the Board, where he will focus on long‑term strategy and governance. Neil Peters‑Michaud, founder and former CEO of Cascade Asset Management, has been named CEO of Sage following Sage’s acquisition of Cascade in 2025. Peters‑Michaud brings more than 25 years of ITAD leadership experience and recently led the successful integration of Cascade into the Sage platform. Additionally, Brian Itterly, founder of Relectro, has joined Sage’s Board of Managers to help scale device reuse and repair services. Sage is backed by Closed Loop Partners, a circular economy‑focused investment firm.
