REVISION HISTORY AND UPDATES TO THE PORTAL

Cascade regularly publishes updates to Tracker to introduce new features and improve performance for users. A history of these changes is provided here.

Please let us know if you have any questions or if something is no longer working for you. Cascade owns and manages this portal, so we can better respond to our clients’ needs and provide innovative solutions for their ITAD programs.

New Features:

  • Introduced automated notifications so that users can opt to receive email notifications whenever a new Job is posted to Tracker, a Job is fully processed, or when assets are quarantined and awaiting customer action to release them. These notifications can be sent whenever a event is triggered, or as part of a daily or weekly digest (if any changes have been triggered during that period).
  • Quick search and display information from the last month, last quarter, or last year.
  • Directly print a Certificate of Destruction from a selected set of Assets or Jobs
